Violet Crush for Blondes Purple Toning Mask is designed to be used weekly or as needed until desired toning results are achieved.

Will the Violet Crush Purple Shampoo dye my hair purple?

With normal use, the purple shampoo will not impart dye on your hair permanently; however, sometimes, with overuse or when hair is extremely damaged or is of the lightest blonde shades, a purple hue will be imparted on the hair. We recommend that you only use this product no more than three times per week, and on the other days, use your normal daily shampoo and conditioner. The color is not permanent; if you discontinue use, it should fade away with normal washings.

Yes, the shampoo and conditioner are safe for natural hair, and our testing also shows them to be safe for color-treated hair.

Will my hair go back to its original color if I discontinue use of the Violet Crush Purple Shampoo?

Yes, this purple shampoo treats the surface of your hair. Discontinuing use and returning to a normal daily shampoo and conditioner will ultimately fade away the effects of the purple shampoo.

Will the Violet Crush Purple Conditioner dye my hair purple?

Our Violet Crush Purple Shampoo will temporarily impart dyes onto the surface of the hair to neutralize unwanted yellow tones, but our Violet Crush Purple Conditioner is not color-depositing. The conditioner is designed to restore moisture to dry blonde hair for a bright, shiny result.

What does Violet Crush Purple Conditioner do?
